Hey,
I’m A., and this is Sense of Six — my journal where I sort through real moments of life: scents, textures, sounds, tastes, touch, and a sixth emotional sense — the ability to notice what feels right (things, places, situations) and to recognize what doesn’t fit my boundaries or interests.
It’s not about morning routines, glow-ups, or chasing trends. No checklists, no races for a perfect version of myself. Sense of Six is about choosing what matters to me, and noticing how life actually feels when you stop performing it. Here, it’s only what I notice: the sound of bicycle wheels on wet asphalt, the feel of well-made shoes, the smell of coffee in a new city, or the absurdity of certain situations. Sometimes it’s an observation, sometimes an experience, sometimes a wish, an aesthetic impulse, or simply a passing thought. But in the end, everything here is filtered through senses, including the sixth one: that quiet emotional radar that tells us when something feels true or false, helps us notice when we go against ourselves, distinguish what truly matters from what’s imposed, sense where we feel at ease or out of place. I share what works for me — not to inspire or instruct. Expect what feels real, not what looks perfect. Call it slow living, a sensory lifestyle, or simply paying attention — Sense of Six is a space where living means finding joy in the everyday and noticing life through every sense.
If this resonates with you more than another checklist or trend — stay. There’s no race for likes here. Here, life is something we taste — sometimes literally, sometimes metaphorically. This space is mine, but it’s yours too.
